Products in the Archive collection are offered at special prices and are subject to limited stock availability.

RETURNS

Online purchases may be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable legislation.

To request a return, you must notify us in advance by email, providing your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply with the necessary instructions to complete the return.

Direct return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and are not included in the shipping costs of the original order.

Garments must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged and clean, and properly protected to prevent damage during transportation.

Once the goods have been received and inspected, we will issue the corresponding refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the legally established timeframe.

SIZE EXCHANGES

The Archive collection does not offer free size exchanges.

If you need a different size, you must request a return within the specified period and place a new order for the size you require.

All new orders are subject to stock availability.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns will not be accepted for garments showing signs of use, washing, stains, damage, or deterioration beyond what is necessary to handle and inspect the garment's characteristics and condition.

The garment must be returned properly protected and in suitable condition for transportation.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective garment or an item that does not correspond to your order, please contact us so that we can review the case and offer the appropriate solution in accordance with the applicable legislation.
