All products sold may be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, in accordance with applicable legislation.
The customer must first notify us of their intention by email, providing the order number and the products they wish to exchange or return. Organic or Dead will reply with the necessary instructions to complete the exchange or return.
Direct return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and are not included in the shipping costs of the original order.
EXCHANGES
To exchange a size, the customer must first request a return of the garment and, once the return has been processed, place a new order for the required size.
Free size exchanges are not available for the Archive collection. All new orders are subject to stock availability.
RETURNS
Garments must be returned properly protected, unused, unwashed, free from stains, damage or deterioration, and in suitable condition for transportation.
The costs and risks associated with the return will be the customer's responsibility. The customer must arrange shipment securely and take the necessary precautions to ensure that the goods arrive in perfect condition.
Once the goods have been received and inspected, the corresponding refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the legally established timeframe.
The customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the returned goods and the corresponding refund amount.
Returns will not be accepted for products showing deterioration beyond what is necessary to handle and inspect their characteristics and condition.
ARCHIVE COLLECTION
Products in the Archive collection are offered at special prices and are subject to limited stock availability.
The return conditions are the same as those indicated above. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The Archive collection does not offer free size exchanges. If you need a different size, you must request a return within the specified period and place a new order for the size you require. We cannot guarantee that the same garment will be available in another size.
The special conditions of the Archive collection do not affect consumers' statutory rights in the event of a lack of conformity or defective products.
If you receive a defective garment or an item that does not correspond to your order, please contact us so that we can review the case and offer the appropriate solution in accordance with the applicable legislation.
WARRANTY
Warranties and after-sales services shall be governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
The seller shall be liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity in the product in accordance with the applicable legislation. The special conditions of the Archive collection do not limit the consumer's statutory rights in such cases.
