Shipping costs cover only the delivery of the order from Organic or Dead to the delivery address. Return shipping costs are not included in these amounts and, where applicable, will be borne by the customer.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

As you may already know, our garments follow an artisanal process and, in most cases, are hand-dyed using sea salt. The dyeing, drying and curing process takes several days and may be affected by weather conditions.

In the event of an item being out of stock, preparing a garment may take approximately 3 to 7 days. Once the garment is ready and collected by the carrier, the estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 hours within Spain.

All orders are shipped from Spain.

In some cases, delivery may take an additional one or two days due to higher-than-usual shipping volumes — such as during Black Friday, Christmas or sales periods — customs procedures, or delivery to remote areas.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once we have handed your order over to the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can check the status of your shipment.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Although delays are uncommon, they may occur due to circumstances related to transportation or higher-than-usual shipping volumes.
