Refund Policies

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD MAY BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED DURING 14 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE SPANISH RETAIL COMMERCE LAW.

BEFORE, THE CUSTOMER MUST INDICATE HIS INTENTION BY EMAIL. ORGANIC OR DEAD WILL ANSWER THROUGH ANOTHER EMAIL SPECIFYING THE PRECISE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF THE PRODUCT.

THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN EXPENSES WILL BE borne by the CUSTOMER.

THE REIMBURSEMENT OF THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE RETURNED GARMENTS WILL BE MADE BY TRANSFER WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE RECEIPT OF THE GOODS BY ORGANIC OR DEAD.

THE RETURN CANNOT TAKE PLACE IN ANY CASE IF THE PRODUCTS SUPPLIED WERE CLEARLY USED.

THE PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED CORRECTLY PROTECTED, IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, IN PERFECT CONDITION (NOT DAMAGED OR DIRTY BY THE CUSTOMER) WITH ALL THE ACCESSORIES, INSTRUCTIONS AND DOCUMENTATION. THEY WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE PLACE SPECIFIED BY ORGANIC OR DEAD IN THE PRECISE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT SENT VIA EMAIL.

IN THE EVENT THAT THE RETURN WAS NOT ACCEPTED BY THE SUPPLIER BECAUSE IT UNDERSTOOD THAT THE PRODUCT WHOSE RETURN IS INTENDED TO HAVE BEEN USED, THESE PRODUCTS WILL REMAIN IN THE DISTRIBUTION WAREHOUSE TO BE PICKED UP BY THE CUSTOMER, FOR A PERIOD NOT LONGER THAN THIRTY DAYS FROM YOUR RETURN.

PACKAGES WHICH DO NOT CONTAIN ANY ATTACHED ELEMENT THAT ALLOWS THE SENDER TO BE IDENTIFIED (ORDER NUMBER, NAME, ADDRESS,...) MAY NOT BE RETURNED..

THE EXPENSES AND RISKS LINKED TO THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE CHARGED BY THE SENDER, WHO MUST SEND THEM SAFELY AND WITH THE NECESSARY GUARANTEES SO THAT THE RETURNED GOODS ARRIVE IN PERFECT CONDITION.

EVERYONE WHO RETURNS THEIR PRODUCT WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL INFORMING THEM OF THE AMOUNT OF THEIR REFUND.

WARRANTY

THE GUARANTEES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICES WILL BE GOVERNED BY ROYAL LEGISLATIVE DECREE 1/2007 OF NOVEMBER 16, WHICH APPROVES THE TEXT OF THE GENERAL LAW FOR THE DEFENSE OF CONSUMERS AND USERS. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS STANDARD, THE SELLER IS OBLIGATED TO DELIVER PRODUCTS TO THE CONSUMER AND USER THAT ARE IN CONFORMITY WITH THE CONTRACT, RESPONDING TO HIM FOR ANY LACK OF CONFORMITY. THE CONSUMER AND USER HAVE THE RIGHT TO REPAIR THE PRODUCT, ITS REPLACEMENT, A PRICE REDUCTION OR TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT.
